Deliverables: Sales pitch content

A new hotel was being built in St Petersburg. I helped the architectural and interior design firm, Lundwall Architects (LWA) pitch for the work.

As part of the sales pitch, I wrote a short story of a young influencer, Adriana, enjoying her stay at the new hotel.

This demonstrated how LWA would meet the hotel operators vision and brief in a playful and interesting way.

LWA wrote afterwards:

Hi Rob

Just got the call from one of operator directors and they were really happy about what they have seen and read. Even said they loved what we have done.

And this is great rates from the biggest operator in the world…

And you should have a big share of the credit.
